Diane Mohr leads the Finance and Information Technology departments of
Satellite Logistics Group, where she lends her extensive experience in accounting, finance, technology integration and project management to the Company’s growing business.

The Finance group includes accounting, finance, human resources, training and risk management. The IT group is tasked with evaluation and deployment of the latest technology with which the Company can continually advance services to our customers.

Whether it’s network and systems advancements or software applications, the IT group’s priority is to develop the best solution for our customers’ needs.

Diane graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980. With a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting, Diane joined the firm of Moore, Stephens and Co., CPA’s. She obtained her CPA certificate and worked as an auditor for eight years. From 1989 to 2002, she served in financial and IT management positions for several growth companies, and established a successful business consulting practice, with concentration on mergers and acquisitions, start-up businesses, and strategic growth plans. She developed and launched a B2B e-business that utilized the latest technology for full enterprise integration.
